Publicist, artist, graphic designer graduated from the Altos de Chavón School of Art and Design in the Dominican Republic. With more than 27 years of experience in the competitive fields of advertising and graphic design. Specialist for logo development, corporate and editorial design.
Since eight (8) years ago, the European Union, Centro de Estudios de Género de INTEC, Profamilia Dominicana, Núcleo de Apoyo a la Mujer and Sociedad Dominicana de Obstetricia y Ginecología have been exploiting one of my artwork, the EMPODÉRATE logo, without LICENSE OR CONTRACT. In 2014, the EU, Intecrd and Profamilia have PLAGIARIAZED my artwork for another project.
In the Dominican Republic, the European Union has violated the Dominican Constitution, international human rights treaties, international treaties of the author’s rights, the BUDAPEST convention on cybercrime, the DRCAFTA, the Author’s rights Law No.65-00
I have decided to open this blog to let know people about my lawsuits against the European Union and its NGO partners, because May 2, 2019 lawyers that represent the EU, el Centro de Estudio de Género de Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) ordered judge #ArgeliaSenciónSantana not to let me speak, as it was scheduled for that hearing.
Feel free to read and share my letters to the European Commision hoping that this institution that promotes that defend the human and author’s rights restore my rights and dignity as a woman.
